RouteForceAI does not use candidate information for unrelated third-party advertising.
3. SMS AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
RouteForceAI may send email and SMS messages related to CDL training progress, account reminders, inactivity reminders, permit-readiness updates, candidate support, and related platform notifications.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to use RouteForceAI training. Candidates may choose whether to provide consent to receive SMS messages.
Message frequency may vary based on candidate activity, account status, training progress, and support needs. Message and data rates may apply.
Users may reply STOP to cancel SMS messages or HELP for help.
RouteForceAI does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, SMS consent status, or SMS-related information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. HOW USERS OPT IN TO SMS
Users may opt in to receive SMS messages through the RouteForceAI candidate intake form or another approved consent method. During intake, users may provide their mobile phone number and check an optional SMS consent box agreeing to receive text messages from RouteForceAI related to CDL training progress, account reminders, inactivity reminders, permit-readiness updates, and candidate support.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to access RouteForceAI training.
5. HOW USERS OPT OUT OF SMS
Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any RouteForceAI text message.
After opting out, users may no longer receive SMS reminders or SMS account updates, but they may still receive important non-SMS communications where permitted.

6. INFORMATION SHARING
RouteForceAI may share limited candidate information with participating employers or authorized employer representatives when necessary to support candidate training, progress tracking, pipeline visibility, scheduling, readiness review, or related operational needs.
RouteForceAI does not sell personal information.
RouteForceAI does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent status with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information with trusted service providers that help operate the platform, such as website hosting, database services, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics, security, AI functionality, and technical support providers. These providers may only use information as needed to perform services for RouteForceAI.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of RouteForceAI, users, candidates, employers, or others.
7. TRAINING AND PROGRESS DATA
RouteForceAI may collect and display training progress, quiz results, module completion, readiness indicators, inactivity indicators, and related candidate activity.
This information may be used to help candidates understand their training status and help authorized employers monitor candidate progress.
Training progress information is intended for educational, operational, and candidate-support purposes. RouteForceAI does not guarantee that any candidate will pass a permit exam, obtain a CDL, pass a road test, or receive employment.
8. AGE REQUIREMENT
RouteForceAI is intended for adults who are preparing for CDL-related school bus driver readiness, training support, candidate development, or related transportation employment pathways.
RouteForceAI does not knowingly provide services to anyone under 21 years old. Users must be at least 21 years old to use RouteForceAI training, candidate intake, SMS communication, and related platform features.
RouteForceAI does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that information from a person under 21 has been submitted, we may delete the information and restrict access.
9. DATA SECURITY
RouteForceAI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
No website, database, communication system, SMS system, email system, or internet transmission is completely secure. RouteForceAI cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. DATA RETENTION
RouteForceAI retains information for as long as needed to provide services, support candidate training, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and operate the platform.
RouteForceAI may delete, archive, or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

Users may request help updating or correcting their information by contacting RouteForceAI.
Users may unsubscribe from SMS messages by replying STOP.
