  • Communication preferences

  • Employer-related assignment information

RouteForceAI does not intentionally collect sensitive financial information through the training platform.

  • Provide CDL permit-preparation training

  • Track candidate training progress

  • Deliver operational account notifications

RouteForceAI does not sell personal information.

 

3. SMS Communications

RouteForceAI may send SMS text messages related to CDL training progress, account reminders, inactivity notifications, permit-readiness updates, candidate support, and other operational messages associated with the RouteForceAI platform.

Users may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages through the RouteForceAI candidate intake form located at:

https://www.routeforceai.com/candidate-intake

During intake, users may provide their mobile phone number and manually check an optional SMS consent checkbox agreeing to receive SMS communications from RouteForceAI.

The SMS consent checkbox is optional, unchecked by default, and is not required to use RouteForceAI services.

Message frequency may vary depending on user activity, account status, training progress, and support needs. Message and data rates may apply.

Users may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Users may reply HELP for assistance.

RouteForceAI does not sell, rent, share, or disclose SMS consent data, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

 

4. Information Sharing

RouteForceAI may share limited information with authorized employer representatives when necessary for:

  • Candidate readiness review

  • Employer pipeline coordination

  • Scheduling and operational support

  • Candidate progress visibility

RouteForceAI does not share personal information for unrelated third-party advertising or marketing purposes.

RouteForceAI may work with trusted service providers for operational functions including:

  • Website hosting

  • Cloud infrastructure

  • SMS delivery

  • Email delivery

  • Analytics

  • Technical support

  • Security monitoring

These providers may only access information necessary to perform services for RouteForceAI.
