By accessing or using RouteForceAI, users agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Purpose
RouteForceAI provides CDL permit-preparation support, training content, readiness tracking, operational candidate coordination, and related training services.
RouteForceAI is intended to support training preparation and readiness workflows. RouteForceAI does not guarantee CDL permit issuance, employment placement, or hiring outcomes.

2. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain lawful use of the platform

• Protect account credentials

• Use training materials responsibly

• Avoid misuse, abuse, or disruption of the platform

Users may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Interfere with platform operations

• Copy or redistribute protected platform materials without authorization

• Use RouteForceAI for unlawful activity

3. Training and Readiness Information
Training progress indicators, quiz scores, readiness tracking, and related platform metrics are informational tools intended to support CDL preparation workflows.
RouteForceAI does not guarantee testing outcomes or employment eligibility.

4. SMS Terms and Conditions
Users may voluntarily opt in to receive operational SMS communications from RouteForceAI.
Users opt in by providing their mobile phone number and manually checking the optional SMS consent checkbox during registration through the RouteForceAI candidate intake form located at:

SMS communications may include:

• CDL training reminders

• Account notifications

• Inactivity reminders

• Permit-readiness updates

• Candidate support notifications

SMS consent is optional and is not required to use RouteForceAI services.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Users may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Users may reply HELP for assistance.
RouteForceAI does not send unrelated third-party marketing or promotional SMS messages.

5. Employer and Operational Coordination
RouteForceAI may facilitate candidate coordination, operational tracking, employer visibility, and readiness review workflows where applicable.
Employers are independently responsible for their own hiring decisions, employment screening, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures.

6. Intellectual Property
All RouteForceAI branding, platform content, training systems, workflows, software, visual assets, and related materials are owned by RouteForceAI unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or misuse is prohibited.

7. Service Availability
RouteForceAI may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the platform at any time without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteForceAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use, training participation, employer interactions, or service interruptions.
Users access and use RouteForceAI at their own discretion and risk.

9. Termination
RouteForceAI may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, unlawful conduct, or operational/security concerns.

10. Changes to These Terms
RouteForceAI may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with an updated effective date.
Continued use of RouteForceAI constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
