TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RouteForceAI, including our website, CDL training tools, candidate intake forms, progress tracking features, SMS features, employer dashboards, communication tools, and related services.
By accessing or using RouteForceAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. ABOUT ROUTEFORCEAI
RouteForceAI provides digital training support, candidate progress tracking, CDL permit-preparation tools, school bus driver readiness support, and employer pipeline visibility for the school bus and transportation workforce.
RouteForceAI is designed to support candidate preparation, training organization, reminders, progress visibility, and related candidate-support workflows.
RouteForceAI does not guarantee that any user will pass a permit exam, obtain a CDL, pass a road test, receive employment, or meet any employer, state, federal, DMV, or regulatory requirement.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT
RouteForceAI is intended only for users who are at least 21 years old.
Because RouteForceAI supports CDL-related school bus driver readiness, candidate training, and transportation employment pathways, users must be 21 years of age or older to access or use the platform.
By using RouteForceAI, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Users under 21 may not create an account, submit candidate intake information, receive SMS communications, or use RouteForceAI training services.
RouteForceAI may restrict or remove access if we believe a user is under 21 or has provided inaccurate age-related information.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Completing training honestly
- Reviewing all official DMV, CDL, employer, and regulatory requirements
- Confirming exam, permit, licensing, and employment requirements with the appropriate authority
- Keeping login information secure
- Using RouteForceAI only for lawful purposes
Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with platform security, copy protected content, share login access, attempt unauthorized access, or use RouteForceAI for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
4. TRAINING CONTENT
RouteForceAI training content is provided for educational and preparation purposes only. Training materials may include videos, quizzes, study guides, explanations, practice questions, AI-assisted support, and progress tracking.
Training content is not a substitute for official DMV manuals, employer policies, state requirements, federal rules, certified instruction, or employer-required hands-on training where required.
Users should review official CDL and school bus requirements from the appropriate government, DMV, federal, state, and employer sources.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
RouteForceAI does not guarantee:
- Permit exam passage
- CDL issuance
- Road test success
- Employment
- Employer approval
- Background-check clearance
- Regulatory acceptance
- Training completion by any deadline
- Continuous platform availability
User outcomes depend on many factors outside RouteForceAI’s control, including candidate effort, official testing requirements, employer review, regulatory requirements, background checks, road test performance, and third-party systems.
6. EMPLOYER DASHBOARDS AND CANDIDATE DATA
RouteForceAI may provide authorized employers or employer representatives with access to candidate training progress, readiness status, activity indicators, notes, and related operational information.
Employer dashboards are intended to support candidate development, training visibility, and pipeline coordination.
Employers remain responsible for their own hiring decisions, compliance obligations, employee screening, licensing verification, road test scheduling, background checks, and operational decisions.
7. ACCOUNT ACCESS
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Users must not share accounts or allow unauthorized users to access RouteForceAI.
RouteForceAI may suspend or restrict access if misuse, unauthorized access, security risk, nonpayment, false information, or violation of these Terms is suspected.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All RouteForceAI content, branding, training materials, videos, quiz content, page layouts, workflows, platform structure, text, graphics, designs, software logic, and related materials are owned by RouteForceAI or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, reproduce, record, download, distribute, resell, publish, scrape, modify, or create derivative works from RouteForceAI content without written permission.
Users may not duplicate RouteForceAI training videos, platform pages, dashboards, quizzes, business workflows, or proprietary training systems.
9. PROHIBITED USE
Users may not:
- Copy or redistribute RouteForceAI content
- Share login credentials
- Attempt to bypass access controls
- Screen record or distribute restricted training content
- Use the platform for unlawful activity
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with platform functionality
- Attempt unauthorized access to candidate or employer data
- Reverse engineer or duplicate RouteForceAI systems
- Use RouteForceAI content to create a competing service without authorization
- Use RouteForceAI if under 21 years old
10. SMS TERMS
RouteForceAI may send SMS messages to candidates who opt in through the RouteForceAI candidate intake form or another approved consent method.
SMS messages may include CDL training progress reminders, account support, inactivity reminders, permit-readiness updates, and related candidate support.
Message frequency may vary based on candidate activity, training progress, account status, and support needs. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. Reply HELP for help or contact RouteForceAI at contactus@routeforceai.com.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to use RouteForceAI training. Users may still access training and support without agreeing to receive SMS messages, where available.
RouteForceAI does not guarantee SMS delivery. SMS delivery may depend on third-party providers, mobile carriers, device settings, and network availability.
Users must be at least 21 years old to receive RouteForceAI SMS communications.
11. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
RouteForceAI may send email communications related to account access, training progress, support, platform updates, employer coordination, readiness status, and related operational matters.

12. PAYMENTS AND ACCESS
If RouteForceAI offers paid access, subscriptions, training packages, employer services, pilot programs, or other paid features, pricing and access terms will be presented at the time of purchase or agreement.
RouteForceAI may change pricing, access terms, or available services at any time. Any paid terms will apply as stated at the time of purchase or agreement.
13. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
RouteForceAI may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. RouteForceAI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Technical issues, maintenance, third-party outages, hosting problems, carrier issues, internet disruptions, SMS delivery issues, email delivery issues, or service provider failures may affect availability.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
RouteForceAI may rely on third-party services for website hosting, databases, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics, payment processing, AI functionality, security, and other technical operations.
RouteForceAI is not responsible for failures, delays, outages, or errors caused by third-party services.
15. PRIVACY
Use of RouteForceAI is also governed by the RouteForceAI Privacy Policy, available at:

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
RouteForceAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteForceAI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteForceAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, failed exams, licensing outcomes, employment outcomes, missed communications, SMS delivery failures, or operational decisions.
RouteForceAI’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the user to RouteForceAI for the service giving rise to the claim, if any.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RouteForceAI from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, violation of law, false information, unauthorized use, or infringement of another party’s rights.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
RouteForceAI may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of RouteForceAI after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
